Session Description:

Join us for a three hour HR bootcamp for senior HR leaders all about business acumen and finance. Business and finance are two topics essential for high performing HR business leaders. In this interactive presentation, attendees will learn about financial statements, basic accounting terms and how to tie HR programs to business objectives. Be ready to work through hands-on activities designed to help you apply the business and finance knowledge you’ve learned during this bootcamp. 

In this bootcamp, you will learn how to communicate the impact of HR, have a better understanding of the organization you are supporting, and use this knowledge to build rapport, relationships and credibility with your executive and leadership team. 

In this two hour presentation, we will go hands on and attendees will access financial statements. Attendees are not required to have a knowledge of business and finance but it is recommended they have a calculator or their phone handy. 

This bootcamp is designed for our Workology Council members, but we’ve opened it up to the public due to the increased need for business acumen training for HR leaders. 

This webinar is worth 3.0 HRCI Business and SHRM credit.
