As our responsibility and work expands beyond administrative HR, building relationships with senior leadership, the executive team and managers is essential to introducing new programs, gaining credibility, and getting that seat at the table. In this one and half hour presentation, you will learn ways to build rapport and trust using a handful of techniques focused on the areas of body language, energy, and creating audio and visual cues based on neuroscience leadership and programming. Small changes in things like verbal cues, body language and facial expressions can have an impact in how you are perceived by others.
